Queer/Arts/Mentorship is thrilled to announce their first “QAM Annual” – an exhibition and events series curated by 2013-2014 Curatorial Fellow Rick Herron that publicly presents the work of both Fellows and Mentors from the 2013-2014 Fellowship year. The QAM Annual will be held at the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art from November 14 – 23rd.
QAM broadens their public outreach with these programs, exhibiting artwork from each of their participants and select mentors from 2013 – 2014. The exhibition arrives at the close of the 12-month mentorship cycle for the QAM Fellows, the opening reception will also serve as a public welcome to the 10 new 2014-2015 Queer/Art/Mentorship Fellows for the upcoming fellowship year.

The exhibition will feature a fully-illustrated complimentary publication, assembled by Xeňa Stanislavovna Semjonová and Rick Herron, available at all Annual events.
Pick up your free copy of the Foundational Sharing 7 zine at the “QAM Annual” opening 7-9pm, Friday Nov. 14th at the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art Price Street Project Space (127 – B Prince Street). It contains texts that influenced Queer Art Mentorship mentors and mentees.
