On Saturday October 1st, as part of the 2016 Bushwick Open Studios weekend, Spread Art presents 13 participating artists drawn from Detroit, Brooklyn, Berlin, Manhattan, Philadelphia and elsewhere. Spread Art Founding Artistic Director, Thomas Bell along with Pine Box Rock Shop and generous support from thing NY, will, for the fourth year in a row, present performance art in the streets outside of Pine Box Rock Shop in the heart of the Bushwick Open Studios Festival at 12 Grattan street. This year marks the 10th anniversary of BOS which debuted in October 2006 at the hands of a few artists under the guise of Gemini Artist Productions led by Spread Art founder Thomas Bell.
